With roles at NASA, SpaceX, and the U.S. government, Karika adds unmatched strategic insight.

It’s not every day a former NASA Chief of Staff joins your advisory board — and even rarer when she only serves on one other: SpaceX.

We’re honored to welcome Janet Karika to Logic’s Advisory Board. Janet brings more than 40 years of experience in national security, space transportation, and logistics. She is a retired U.S. Air Force officer and previously served as Chief of Staff at NASA, where she helped shape and oversee some of the agency’s most critical programs.

At NASA, Janet led strategic initiatives like the Artemis lunar missions, the Commercial Crew Program, and the Launch Services Program. She also coordinated efforts with other major government agencies, including the FAA, Department of Defense, Department of State, and the U.S. Space Force.

In her most recent role as Principal Advisor for Space Transportation, Janet supported NASA’s collaboration with the Executive Office of the President. She played a central role in returning astronauts to the Moon, advancing the Artemis Accords, and guiding U.S. investments in national space infrastructure.

Today, Janet serves on just two boards: SpaceX and Logic. Her decision to join Logic reflects her confidence in the company’s mission to reshape logistics — both on Earth and beyond.

As Logic expands its AI-powered platform across commercial and defense supply chains, Janet’s insight will be invaluable. She brings a strategic lens to help Logic navigate government partnerships, space infrastructure planning, and the evolving logistics needs of the space economy.

We’re proud to have her on board as we scale. Welcome, Janet.
